The Conveyancing Shop Lawyers are proud to be the main sponsor the Franklin Arts Festival for the 5th year running.

The Franklin Arts Festival is  a popular community art event held each year in Pukekohe showcasing local talent. Entries include Paintings, Pottery Sculptures and Photography which are offered for sale by auction during the event.

The event is being held in the Pukekohe town hall and opens on 29 August 2014, see their website for more details – www.franklinartsfestival.co.nz/.

The Conveyancing Shop sponsors the Supreme Award winner, which is the art work judged to be the best overall in the exhibition. Jo Palmer from Waiuku took away the supreme award in 2012 for her painting  of the Rakia River, North Canterbury. Its on display at our office 35 Edinburgh Street, Pukekohe, so feel free to pop in and admire!

Traditionally the winning piece has been a painting, but in 2013 a wooden carving took away the coveted award. “Seed Pod” by Russell Snook is a magnificent piece – photos do not do it justice!
