Our aim to be the industry leader. We saw that the legal sector was behind other New Zealand industries and saw huge scope for improvement.. Old school lawyers were unapproachable, they did not embrace technology and clients were not happy with the fees being charged. We saw a niche in the market for a more modern, approachable firm specialising in property and business sales and purchases.  So in 2005 the Conveyancing Shop opened its doors. Our affordable fixed prices caused a bit of a stir in the industry but other firms have come to realise it is the way of the future and many have followed suit. Clients love our flexible approach and appreciate that we have a mobile service and will come to see them at the home or workplace. Our investment is technology means we can accurately monitor dates and workflows, automate clerical work and ultimately provide a better service to our clients. Needless to say our business was an instant success and the demand for our legal services has seen us expanded. We currently have 2 branches one in Botany and one in Pukekohe plus four mobile conveyancing cars on the road seeing clients all over Auckland.  We have won awards for our innovation and forward thinking  strategies but most satisfying of all we have developed a large and loyal client base who recommend us to their friends and family.
